Make a tangible difference for the thousands of those in Hennepin County experiencing injustice and a lack of basic needs, while also helping yourself at the same time. Studies show that volunteering can help combat depression, reduce stress, and increase self-confidence. Volunteers also tend to walk more, find it easier to cope with everyday tasks, and have lessened symptoms of chronic pain.

From ‘street outreach’ to serving community meals. From assisting our neighbors at the food shelf, to helping support our transitional homes, there’s a volunteer role for everyone at Source!

Help Source start the New Year off right. We have big plans for the coming year, to make even more impact in our neighborhoods and, to serve more people in need, but we can’t do it without your help.
