Year-End Campaign
Incredibly Strong, Record-Setting Start for New Women’s Center
Thank you for all the prayers and the generosity in support of our 2025 year-end campaign. We reached a new record of combined giving towards our programming and the new facility. This allowed us to stay in the black for another year — wow! It provides an incredible foundation for the new Women’s Center.
We have so many people to thank — we want to include Gary Luke Realty for helping us secure the facility and donating the commission, as well as DIY Marketing for all of their work with this campaign.
• Over 25,000 weekly family visits at our food distributions (120,000 individuals).
• 1,400 visits at women’s drop-in hours, homeless meals, supportive housing, teen internships, and National Homeless Youth Outreach were all part of our Food and Outreach Programs in 2025.
• 100s of prayers, first-time commitments to make a new start and follow Christ, dozens of baptisms, housing and employment referrals, case Work & navigation, Alpha/mentoring groups, and LaFuente Latino Church were all part of our Recovery Resources and Faith Initiatives.
These could not happen without our partners’ prayers and financial support.
Source Women’s Center – the BHAG that will serve 1,000’s of at-risk women and survivors for decades.
The term Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) originated from business researchers Jim Collins and Jerry Porras in their 1994 book, Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. BHAG describes a powerful, long-term, and daunting challenge that stimulates progress, like NASA’s moon landing mission. It’s a clear, compelling, and almost unreasonable goal that unifies and motivates an organization for years, often taking 10-25 years to achieve.
As we have seen the drop-in hours grow from a few women a week to 20-50 women in the last 2 years, the tears and testimonies of hope and transformation have been a highlight. However, the limited facility of the Source Community Center, with a single shower, one laundry station, and a 300 sq. ft. reception area, has been frustrating.
Refuge, Dignity, and Transformation will be multiplied significantly at the New Women’s Center.
- Multiple showers & laundry stations
- Dedicated Drop-In space with 10x the room of our current facility
- Private counseling rooms for healing conversations
- Case worker office for recovery resources and support
- Future potential for free medical or therapy clinics
- Hygiene & clothing storage for immediate needs
- 6 bedrooms (2 residential units) for women transitioning out of crisis
At-risk Women and Trafficking Survivors
- Needs for vulnerable women are great, and the opportunities are few — we do not know of similar programs in our city.
- Numbers are overwhelming. Homeless women have grown 10 times since 2020.
- We have a proven track record of effectiveness – Source has been effective with limited facilities.
The Source Women’s Center is a BHAG for thousands of at-risk women, and an unmet need for decades. It’s worth the investment of $950,000.
2025 was an incredible kickoff to make this reality. Over $276,000 in November in December — we are off to an audacious start!
Join us in prayer and help spread the word to see this full goal reached in 2026-27.
Pray:
- At risk, women and survivors are able to experience refuge, dignity, and transformation.
- Staff and programming costs as we expand.
- Finances to be able to pay the facility off, and add multiple showers, laundry, and 2 apartments.
Actions:
- Help us spread the word on social media by sharing posts and videos.
- Attend and bring friends to update brunches, benefits, and prayer gatherings. (Interested in organizing a brunch for your church or bible study? Let us know!)
- Attend Monthly Women’s testimony and training gatherings.
- Volunteer with Outreach and Facility service projects.
2025 YEAR-END OPPORTUNITIES
2025 presents an incredible opportunity, not only to finish the year strong in our food and outreach programs, but also to take a historic step forward by establishing a dedicated Women’s Center that will serve and protect thousands of women and children for decades to come. As needs in our community continue to grow, this year-end moment allows us to meet immediate hunger, housing, and outreach demands and invest in long-term restoration, safety, and hope. Your generosity today strengthens our present impact and builds a future of healing for generations.

2) $450,000 — Women’s Center Capital Campaign (2025 Year-End Goal)
Stage 1 + Downpayment for a dedicated Women’s Center next door to our Community Center
Source MN has a long history of serving vulnerable women:
- Teen prostitution interventions since 1995
- Homeless youth outreach for decades
- A dramatic increase in the number of women experiencing homelessness since 2020
- Women’s Drop-In hours expanding from just a few women to 30–50 women weekly
For years, women have found support through makeshift spaces in our community center.
Now, God has opened a door: A property directly next door is available for purchase, creating the opportunity for a dedicated Women’s Center: a safe, dignifying, trauma-informed space designed specifically for women and children in crisis.
Match Opportunity
Every 2025 donation and 2026 pledge to the Women’s Center Capital Campaign will be matched 1:1. Your gift doubles the impact.
