Source MN is launching a $100,000 matching challenge to support the new Source Women’s Center. Every dollar you give toward the down payment will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $100,000.

Our 2025 goal is $450,000 of the total cost $950,000: 
– The purchase of the building: $775,000
– Construction and remodeling: $175,000

We have financed the building and are able to access the building for programming as the funds are being raised. This way we can begin using the facility for programming when 50% of the funds are raised.  The Showers/Laundry Build Out and use the upper apartments for support living as we reach those milestones by the end of 2026.

• The Down Payment and Phase 2 Goal: $450,000 
  • This gives access to the 5,000 sq ft of meeting area and allows us to being using the space for Drop-In and Programing.

  • Shower and Laundry Build Out for the Drop-In.
• Phase 4: $300,00
  • Two 3 Bedroom residence (6 total bedrooms) on the 2nd floor for Supportive Living

$200K – Phase 3: Showers & Kitchen Build-Out

$300K – Phase 4: Two-3 Bedroom Transitional Build-Out
